Paulette Rao, MCC

Paulette Rao,  MCC is an executive coach, mentor coach, speaker, trainer, and marketing expert.

Paulette is the principal of True North Resources, her coaching and consulting firm where she helps executives and entrepreneurs advance their leadership skills. Her coaching is founded on her twenty-eight years experience as a senior leader and marketing expert. As managing director for Marsh, the world’s largest risk services firm, she was one of their top one hundred women, serving on their leadership team with the senior-most executives.

As a Master Certified Coach, Paulette works with leaders, executives, independent contributors, entrepreneurs and teams who want to accelerate their effectiveness and sustain organizational vitality-optimize leadership performance. She identifies and builds on existing competencies to create a bridge toward desired personal and professional outcomes and corporate strategic goals. While her work is guided by focus on results, it’s Paulette’s passionate style and presence that truly resonates with her clients. In addition to her private coaching clients she also works on behalf of The Ken Blanchard companies.

Paulette also assists coaches in deepening their coaching skills, preparing for ICF certification, and creating revenue through Conscious Coaching Institute.  She’s created a comprehensive ICF Credentialing program called OneSource™.  She also offers a program aimed at building a coaching practice through creation of new thinking and a powerful blueprint for action called Conscious Marketing™ , and the Conscious Marketing Incubator™, a mastermind group for supporting coaches in keeping their marketing plans alive.

Paulette is also a  lead trainer for Results Coaching Systems, a leading coach-training firm specializing in bringing the benefits of a brain-based coaching approach into corporate settings to transform conversations, develop and retain talent, and improve performance and leadership.

Paulette holds her Bachelor of Arts in Education. She also holds several certifications: Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; Advanced Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; brain- based certified coach through Results Coaching Systems; Ken Blanchard certified coach; Executive and Organizational Coach from New York University where she is now adjunct faculty in their coaching certificate program.

Stephanie Licata

With12 years of leadership and management experience in the business and educational arenas, Stephanie is a skilled coach, educator, entrepreneur, curriculum designer,  and speaker. Having spent a good portion of her early adulthood working in a management position in the world of direct marketing, she was accountable for creating sound structures to support seven account representatives serving over 500 clients. Charged with marketing her company’s services in new innovative ways, she regularly used her creativity to breathe new life into her company’s image and brand.

Taking valuable lessons and skill sets with her, Stephanie transitioned smoothly into the world of education and coaching. For the past 8 years she has been accountable for several service and leadership programs that empower high school students to reach out to thousands of people in need each year. In 2007 she combined her corporate and educational experience with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit to create Executive Producer: a service that helps professionals ignite creativity and productivity into their business and personal lives.  Through Executive Producer, Stephanie provides coaching and organizational services that include writing, marketing support, and project management.

Stephanie also enjoys a successful career in education and designs and delivers leadership programs and workshops to teens and adults in the education arena. She regularly speaks to over 10,000 people annually.  Her coaching skills inspired her to create a program that inspires teenagers to take academic and personal success to the next level. She has prepared hundreds of teenagers to succeed in an uncertain world with her program “Teen Turn Around.”

With a BS in Counseling, Stephanie is a current graduate student in the field of education. In addition, Stephanie is preparing to be certified at the ACC level by the International Coaching Federation as well as working to complete her coaching certification through New York University.
