OneSource™ fully supports the coach who is pursuing an ICF credential. Through OneSource™’s mentor coaching program, credentialing candidates build their coaching skills, further develop in the ICF competencies and are superbly positioned to pass the credentialing exam with presence and confidence.

Three Simple Steps:

GATHER

Receive step-by-step, hands-on guidance every single step of the way through the application process.
Gain access to an on-line learning management resource including templates and logs to organize all of your data. You don’t need to be organized. We practically do it for you.

LEARN

Led by an MCC coach, master the core competencies as the ICF wants to hear them via teleclasses that are dynamic, experiential, and fun.

ARRIVE

Obtain your letters of reference from PCC and/or MCC credentialed coaches.
Ace your exam with confidence and presence!

OneSource™ fulfills all ICF requirements including:

1. Ten hours of mentor coaching via convenient teleclasses. (There are 5 group and 2 individual mentor calls. These satisfy your requirement of seven hours of group and three hours of one-on-one mentoring. All calls are 1.5 hours, except for the first group call which is 1 hour, for a total of 10 hours.)

I will observe your demonstration of core competencies in each of the five group telecalls and will provide feedback on your strengths as well as areas for development in our two private mentor calls. The private sessions will be focused on getting you confident and ready for any situation you might face in your oral exam. We will focus on embedding skills that demonstrate your mastery in each of the four competency categories

2. Letters of reference from PCC and/or MCC credentialed coaches (two or three letters, depending on your credential pursuit).

Providing I hear capable coaching, I personally provide one letter of reference. We then arrange for additional letters of reference through my trusted network of PCC and MCC credentialed coaches.

Attendance

Full attendance at the class time each week is required. In the event that you need to miss a group teleclass please contact us immediately to make your arrangements for a one-on-one teleclass. An additional fee is assessed for any group calls that need to be rescheduled as one-on-one. Group teleclasses cost much less to provide and therefore, are priced differently than one-on-one classes.

Tuition

Full program price is $1300.

If you don’t need the full program, you can de-construct it:

Seven group mentor hours: $400
Three one-on-one mentor hours: $600
Letters of reference: $150 per letter ( 2 or 3 needed depending on certification level)
Help with the application and cutomizable templates at $100 per hour

Payment is due in full before teleclass one. Checks should be payable to True North Resources.
